  • Yes, your security is our utmost priority.  When you buy online from Infinite, you can be completely confident that your payment information is secure. Our online payment gateway is PCI-certified as a Level 1 Solution Provider, and is fully compliant with the highest data security standards for online payments.
  • If you want to change or cancel an order that has already been placed, please submit a form through our Contact Us page, select Order Question, and be sure to have your order number handy.
  • In order to access your order history, you must have an account. You can view your order history in your account dashboard.
  • Yes – shipping and VAT are calculated at checkout.
  • Yes, we offer samples. Please fill out a Contact Us form and a member of our sales team will follow up.
  • All sample orders are final.
  • It is easy to set up a new account. Simply visit our registration page to get started.
  • Go to your Dashboard to review recent orders, or your Orders page for your full order history. Click “View Order” to view more details on an individual order, including invoices, shipments, and refunds. If you wish to make changes to an order, please send a form to Contact Us to discuss available options.
  • Click here to reset a lost or forgotten password. If you’ve made too many login attempts and have been temporarily locked out of your account, you must either wait for 10 minutes or send a form to Contact Us > Technical Question to unlock your account.
  • To change your email address or password, go to Account Information in your account. To add or update a shipping address or phone number, go to Address Book in your account.

  • Our materials strive to achieve broad compatibility on open-source printers. Please reach out to us at Contact Us for more specific recommendations. We’re happy to consult based on your individual needs.
  • AquaSys products adhere strongly to glass. We recommend printing with a raft because it sticks well. While our products are compatible with most popular adhesives on the market, we recommend first trying AquaSys without adhesives.

  • For Caverna products, we recommend using an AquaSys 120 raft or a build plate adhesive.

  • What aren't they good for? We’ve seen success with a range of additive applications. We could spend months writing down possible applications for our products and it wouldn’t be complete. We don’t want you to be constrained.
