Material compatibility.
With universal adhesion characteristics and high temperature stability, AquaSys 120 is the ideal support filament for just about any commonly used FDM material. Pair AquaSys 120 with ABS, PC/ABS, Nylon, TPU, CPE, PC, PVDF, PET, PETG, TPC, TPE, or PP.
Printing Parameters.
AquaSys 120 filament is designed for use in FFF printers.
Engineered for optimal pathway temperatures.
AquaSys 120 will extrude properly at nozzle temperatures between 230° – 245°C. Keep below 80°C prior to extrusion.
Robust build plate adhesion.
AquaSys 120 will adhere to a wide range of build plate materials, as long as the build plate temperature is under 120°C.
No adhesives required.
Glue isn't necessary if you use a raft made out of AquaSys 120.
